Screening: all IT professionals are screened during a personal interview in order to evaluate both the professional experiences as the personality. On top of that, an assessment of the level of knowledge and the specific expertise is done during a technical screening.

Matching: Candidates with matching technical and personal skills and traits as requested are presented to the customer. Technical skills are visualized in a matching matrix to demonstrate the matching skillset as well as the knowledge and experience of the candidate. A personality description is compared with the company culture, so you can assess whether the candidate is a suitable employee for his company.

Follow up: we follow up all of our IT professionals very closely, in order to ensure the consultant remains the best match for the function. By frequent follow up conversations we can check the work satisfaction and determine if additional technical support or education is required to complete the project. Obviously you are involved and consulted during the follow up.
